At this month's ANC2F meeting on Feb. 7, Acting Police Chief Lanier is attending to discuss crime and safety issues and to respond to community concerns. Our agenda also includes a number of liquor licensing issues, and a proposed new luxury hotel adjacent to Viridian Restaurant on 14 th Street, and other items.

A new luxury hotel? Do you have any additional information?
That would truly be great for the neighborhood. That is definitely missing and more out of town visitors will increase foot traffic and store sales.
To me it's another great sign that the 14/U is growing and this should definitely be supported by the ANC.

I also agree that a luxury/boutique hotel would be great for the neighborhood. Any estimated time for completion?
