Logan Circle Holiday House Tour Tickets Now on Sale at Retailers, OnlineThe

The 31st Annual Logan Circle Holiday House Tour launches at 1pm on Sunday, December 6, 2009.

The Logan Circle homes were chosen because they represent a mix of historical tradition and a modern style of living. More than a dozen unique properties ranging from ultra-modern penthouse condos to a fully restored 1887 Victorian home are on the tour this year. Several properties also feature mixed-use development spaces that incorporate retail, offices, arts spaces, and residences in a single building. The self-guided tour concludes with a Wassail reception at the Studio Theatre at 14th and P Streets, NW from 3:30 until 5:30pm the day of the event.

Fill out the contact information on your ticket stub to enter the raffle for great prizes, including cool merchandise and gift certificates from local retailers and restaurants. Tickets purchased online will be held at the Studio Theatre for pickup beginning at 12:30pm on tour day. Same day tickets will also be available for $25 at Studio Theatre.

Logan Circle's 50 square blocks are rich in history, architecture, and a vibrant mixture of residents, galleries, and businesses. The Logan Circle Community Association (LCCA) has sponsored the self-guided house tour since 1978 and counts on the proceeds from it to continue the association's philanthropic and community development efforts throughout the neighborhood.
