Assuming they have their liquor license, I'm planning to swing by for a drink after work this evening. Looks nice from the outside, at least.
it's open, it looks good and tastes even better! see pics here.
My husband and I really enjoyed our first meal at Veranda. The staff are trying so hard to reach out to customers. While we were at the bar, both the hostess and chef, Paul, checked in on us. The bartender, Kosta, was also pleasant to chat with. We liked the food too; some people are intimidated by anything wrapped in grape leaves, but the dolmades are not to be missed -- just as good as my grandmother makes 'em. What's really great tho is that so many people from the neighborhood already support Veranda. I heard from the hostess that opening night drew 80 people.
