Music at National City Christian Church

A heads-up to all you classical music lovers out there in the neighborhood: The National City Christian Church is hosting the Washington Sinfonietta this Saturday at 3pm. The show is part of their American Music Series, and will feature works composed by Aaron Copland, William Grant Still, and others. Tickets are $10 at the door.

The fine folks at National City are a bulwark of great music in the neighborhood. Many thanks to them!

I received a note from National City Christian Church regarding their classical music agenda coming up for September. The big event is the Second Annual Beethoven Festival and Silent Auction, on September 8.
