I would love to give blood, but I have a major problem with needles (and Doctors). I donate my time and money though.
Donating blood is a huge sacrifice for someone who really needs it. I have a major phobia of needles, but I find that if I go with friends and keep the mood light it's all the more fun.
Go for it, your fears are not nearly as bad as the donation!
