I called 311 just 15 minutes ago, because a (clearly not all-right-in -the-head) gentleman was in the bus stop outside my store taking his clothes off (he was down to his jeans, that were sliding off him, and his underwear) and was handling his crotch. I called 311, described the situation and within 3-5 minutes two police cars arrived, the officers had the gentleman get dressed again and basically took care of the situation. I'm grateful to the police for such a quick and efficient response!
